The event, held on 2nd November 2025 at the Kawokudi Astro Turf in Accra, brought together players, coaches, parents, football enthusiasts, and distinguished guests for a memorable and inspiring celebration.

Over the past 16 years, Besiktas Football Academy Accra has grown into a respected institution recognized for discipline, player development, and creating opportunities for young athletes. Many past trainees have advanced into professional clubs, national youth teams, and international football programs—reflecting the academy’s commitment to excellence.

The leadership of the academy expressed profound gratitude to all supporters who have contributed to its growth, including partners, parents, and the wider community. A special moment of the celebration was the academy’s heartfelt appreciation to Honorable Kofi Iddie Adams (Ghana’s Minister of Sports and Recreation) for honoring the invitation and gracing the occasion with his presence. The academy also extended its profound gratitude to all Diplomatic corps, Ayawaso House of Chiefs, respective dignitaries, and friends of the academy whose participation made the anniversary truly remarkable.

The event featured friendly matches, awards presentations, cultural displays, and the official launch of the Fantastic Citizen Supporters Union—a new supporters’ group formed to deepen fan engagement and community involvement.

As Besiktas JK Football Academy Accra steps into its 17th year, management reaffirmed their dedication to expanding training programs, improving facilities, and opening more doors for talented young footballers across the country.
