Besiktas JK Berlin Football Academy Accra traveled to Norway for an international tournament (NORWAY  2025). Besiktas JK Berlin Football Academy Accra has launched on an amazing international journey, travelling to Norway to compete in a major young football competition. This is a significant milestone for the academy, reaffirming its dedication to fostering young talent and promoting Ghana’s excellence on a worldwide scale. The team, which is made up of very driven and disciplined young players, left Accra with tremendous enthusiasm as they prepared to battle against top-tier youth teams from around Europe.

The event has provided athletes with the opportunity to not only demonstrate their skills, but also acquire vital international exposure and experience. Officials of Besiktas JK Berlin Football Academy Accra expressed confidence in the team’s readiness, highlighting months of intense training and tactical preparation. According to academy representatives, participating in the tournament aligns with their vision of nurturing world-class footballers capable of competing at the highest levels. “We are proud of our boys for it was a moment for them to learn, grow, and prove themselves. Their journey to Norway was a testament to our academy’s commitment to excellence,” said a spokesperson for the academy.

In addition to Besiktas JK Berlin Football Academy Accra, 93 other teams from 5 different countries played in the Boys U19 competition. They were divided into 24 different Groups ,where of Besiktas JK Berlin Football Academy Accra were paired in Group 14 together with Lyngbo SK Hvit, Hitra FK and Surnadal IL 2. We emerged the champions of the group with 7 points and 13 goals and progressed  to the rounds of 32 where we were eliminated by Hallingdal FK 1.
